He was First Lt. in Oasis Oriental Band in Greensboro, NC. He was Capt. of Amran Oriental Band in Burlington, NC. He was a member of Sudan Ceremonial Cast, New Bern, NC. He is a member of the Amran Oriental Band, Raleigh, NC. He is a member of the Sudan Shrine Temple, New Bern, NC. He is a member of the Carteret County Shrine Club, Beaufort, NC.
