Mexican Fruit Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs

1 20- oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon soda
2 cups chopped pecans

Mix by hand above items.

 Pour in greased and floured pan 13 x 9. 
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool completely.

Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 cups light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Do not soften cream cheese or butter.

Beat until smooth.

Frost cake.
