BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT
Crust
1 cup plain flour, 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 cup chopped pecans or more,
Mix and press all 3 above in bottom of pan.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until brown. cool.

Mix 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup power sugar, fold in large
cool whip,
spread on crust.

Blend 2 packages small instant butterscotch pudding and 2
cups milk until thick.
spread over crust.
Cool.
Top with cool whip and mashed nuts.
