Brownies

heat oven to 350 (best done in a convention oven)
grease baking pan with pam 13x 9

9 level tablespoons coco
2/3 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup self rising flour
1 cup black walnuts  (I use 2 packs)

Mix coco & oil in large bowl
mix in eggs, vanilla 
stir in sugar
stir in flour 
stir in nuts
spread in pan

Bake 40-45 minutes (in convention) or until brownies start to pull away
from sides of pan.  do not overbake.  

  take knife & make small slits all over brownies so icing
will seep in brownies.

Icing:

1/4 stick butter, melted
3 level tablespoons coco
mix together above
add 2 cups powered xx sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
small amount of milk for a good spreading consistency
mix until smooth
add more black walnuts if desired

(can add more sugar & milk to increase icing if needed,
but do not add any more coco)
